The University of Waterloo Photo Club is a FEDs club that promotes and develops an interest in the photographic medium in its members — including, but not limited to, its artistic, photojournalistic , and a technical aspects. We hold weekly meetings where we run photo activities, seminars, photo trips, and contests.
If you’re interested in joining the club, we encourage you to subscribe to our mailing list which we’ll use to send you notices before each meeting. We also encourage you to join our Flickr group, our primary means of informal communication, where members share their photographs and discuss anything related to the club or photography in general. Finally, if you find the club valuable we ask that you pay a $5 membership fee to help fund future activities and to grow our collection of lighting equipment available for use by members.
Above all else, we encourage everyone to get out and take some pictures!
